What is PubCrawler?

PubCrawler is a pub crawl planner for iPhone. The purpose of the app is simple: help you and your mates plan a night out around London's pubs, run it together in real time, and get everyone home safely on the last tube. PubCrawler is free to download on the App Store.

  • Build a crawl. Pick London pubs, and PubCrawler maps the best walking route between them.
  • Crawl it live. Track your progress stop by stop and snap a photo at every pub along the way.
  • Bring your mates. Share crawls with mates and let them follow along live.
  • Catch the last tube. Live London transport times tell you when it's time to head home.

Your account and privacy

You can sign in to PubCrawler with your Apple or Google account. Signing in is used only to save your crawls, add mates and share with them - read the PubCrawler privacy policy for full details on how your data is handled.

Yes. PubCrawler is free to download on the App Store, with no ads and no subscription.

Is PubCrawler available on Android?

Not yet. PubCrawler is currently iPhone only and needs iOS 17 or later.

How do I plan a pub crawl with PubCrawler?

Pick your pubs and PubCrawler maps the best walking route between them. Reorder the stops until the route feels right, then save the crawl and share it with your mates.

Does PubCrawler work outside London?

PubCrawler is designed for London: its pubs, walking routes and live transport times all centre on the capital.

Do I need an account to use PubCrawler?

No. You can build and run crawls without signing in. Sign in with Apple or Google when you want to save crawls to your account, add mates and share crawls with them.

Does PubCrawler work in a basement pub with no signal?

Yes. Crawls are saved on your phone first, so the app keeps working with no signal and catches up when you are back online.

How does the last tube feature work?

PubCrawler uses live London transport times to work out your route home and tells you when it is time to leave the last pub, so you catch the last tube instead of the night bus.
